Compensation Manager
Location: Santa Clarita, CA (just north of Los Angeles)

We are now recruiting a Compensation Manager to join the Human Resources team at our corporate offices in Santa
Clarita, CA (just north of Los Angeles).

 | This position is in a department that has adopted a 9/80 alternative workweek schedule. Therefore, you will
have the opportunity to work a schedule that provides you with one day off every two weeks. During each twoweek
pay period, employees in this department typically work four nine-hour days plus one weekday off, and
four nine-hour days and one eight-hour day. |
Job Responsibilities
 | Manages the staff and daily administration of the corporate compensation function. |
 | Plans and oversees the successful implementation of the annual compensation review. |
 | Administers base pay structures, incentives and bonus programs, and administrative guidelines based on
business needs and objectives. |
 | Oversees the performance management process including the design and development of competencies and
performance review forms. |
 | Oversees planning and reporting for Executive Compensation. |
 | Handles managerial responsibilities over assigned staff including hiring, performance reviews, training,
employee relations and salary administration. |
Job Requirements
 | Completion of four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Certified Compensation Professional
(CCP) designation is a plus. |
 | Seven to ten years of Compensation management experience required. |
 | Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast paced environment. |
 | Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. |
 | Proficient in Word and Excel. |
 | Proficient in compensation/performance management systems. |
 | Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. |
